Matt Smith is a fourth degree black belt certified instructor and head instructor of the ATA Delaware, Newark location. Mr. Smith began his Taekwondo journey in January 1995. He received his first degree black belt in August of 1997. His accomplishments include becoming a Certified instructor in 2003, a fourth degree black belt at Fall Nationals in Orlando in 2006, and Delaware State Champion in 2001, 2002, and 2004. Mr. Kirk is the instructor at the ATA Delaware Middletown location. Mr. Kirk started his schooling in Taekwondo in 2001, received his first degree black belt in 2004 and certified as an instructor in 2007. Mr. Kirk is certified in protech for: Groundfighting lvl 1 and 2, jointlock manipulation, and gumdo. Mr. Kirk has been state champion in 2005,2006,2008 and 2009.
